Your fee is based only on last completed fiscal-year revenue.
At renewal: Your annual membership returns to standard revenue-based pricing, calculated using your most recently completed fiscal year's gross revenue. It may be higher or lower as your business changes.
* Revenue verification: Financial documentation is required during the mandatory post-payment review. If verified revenue exceeds the declared bracket, the standard fee and future renewal classification may be corrected. Any amount due under applicable offer terms must be resolved before activation.

Every prospective member must complete post-payment screening and provide documentation identifying all ultimate beneficial owners and verifying annual revenue. Payment does not guarantee membership approval. Fees are non-refundable except where applicable law or payment-network rules require otherwise. Restricted or illicit funds may be blocked, reported, seized or forfeited as legally required.
